I'm new here and joined to find out a few things about the Carvin TRX series speakers,
the TRX 153-44T package is the one my friend is looking into buying.
Its has 4 TRX 218b double 18in subs, and 4 TRX 153 mains.
I've tried to find reviews everywhere and had little to no luck.
I'm familiar with concert grade speakers and our friends asked us to help, so i am trying to help them in their research.
They will mainly use it for small clubs, parties or side stages for smaller touring bands and dj's for 100 - 800 people.
For the buck it seems like a good deal, but i thought i'd ask around and see what came out of it.. any reviews are greatly appreciated.

Tue, March 20, 2007 - 11:35 PMI am not a fan of Carvin. You would do better, in a similar price point, with Yorkville...but the extra $ for true pro grade is worth it, IMHO. EAW, JBL, Community's SLS series...heck even PAS would work better. -
