Greetings to all. I have a project coming up where I will have 20 plus wireless on stage and a 15 piece orchestra. I need to be able to look at a screen and see who is on stage and whos mic should be on during a scene. I don't have an automated desk to work with. The music is not the problem. I want to make sure I don't open the wrong mic at the wrong time. HAHA Has anyone in the group had any experience . Mac software is preferred. Jim

Re: Mac Audio Program For Live Theater
Tue, January 10, 2006 - 9:49 AMCouldn't you just do this in Excel or something?
Make an input list for each scene and mark which mikes should be on.
If that's too simplistic, give us a better description of your 'ideal'.... -

Re: Mac Audio Program For Live Theater
Sat, August 11, 2007 - 6:21 PMwell, you could have Masque or Clair Bros. custom design a flying fader console integrated with a computer system to keep up with the show for you,
otherwise, a cuesheet would help...
god forbid the soundguy having to be on book. -

Sat, August 11, 2007 - 11:50 PMWhy spend he money on such things? The off-the-shelf M7CL will do as much...and for only about $20,000.00...
Pocket change!
